Currently we ship to EU countries only. If you are outside the EU, we’re happy to consider individual requests, for this please contact us via email or the contact form with your location and order details, and we will respond with shipping options and a quote.

Yes. We offer refunds within 14 days of delivery. A €15 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Returned items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging. Please contact customer service to arrange the return and obtain any required authorisation.
